A Southern California tea-and-coffee chain with 43 stores in five states, including three in Las Vegas: Spring Mountain in Chinatown and two in the southwest Valley. The menu centers on house-brewed teas, milk teas and coffee. Its signatures include the 7 Leaves House Coffee, the Jasmine Sea Cream Tea, Japanese matcha drinks and a Strawberry Hibiscus Refresher, plus fresh baked goods. Taro milk tea gets a lot of love from regulars. The Spring Mountain location is open until 10pm daily, which makes it a good after-dinner stop on the Chinatown strip.

One of the best-known all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ spots in Chinatown, set in a strip-mall plaza on Spring Mountain Road. The AYCE menu runs to more than 50 items, and you cook at in-table grills. It’s open until midnight every day and gets busy on weekend nights, so go early or expect a wait. Plenty of bakeries and Asian markets nearby help pass the time. If you’d rather have Japanese-style grilling, the owners also run 888 Japanese BBQ on Decatur.

A homegrown Las Vegas breakfast-and-lunch chain, opened in October 2010 by owner Liberty Hung and now in neighborhoods across the Valley. It’s best known for dessert-style pancakes, like s’mores and Orange Creamsicle stacks topped with its cream cheese syrup, alongside omelets, skillets and benedicts. The Filipino and Hawaiian side of the menu sets it apart: adobo fried rice, loco moco, kalua pig benedict and a Spam scramble. Hours differ a little by location, so check before you head out.

A homegrown Las Vegas all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ group owned by Freddy Hwang, now at four locations including a Wagyu House at Palace Station. You grill at the table, and the restaurant says its beef is Certified Angus Beef, ranging from upper Choice to Prime. Expect the usual spread: pork and beef belly, marinated short rib and bulgogi, plus sides like steamed egg, kimchi pancake and japchae. Diners also point to a solid vegan menu (vegan bulgogi included), which is rare for AYCE. Every location runs late, until midnight daily.
